The article deals with the general axiological problems of experts -to -be training in the field of vocational education. Several sources of philosophical and socio-pedagogical literature on the topic are analyzed. The role of the axiological approach to education and training of experts -to -be as well as such notions as "value", "value judgments" and "value approach" are described.
