Axiological approach in the knowledge of law: some aspects

Based on the theory of value, the article examines the status and importance of the value methodology, examines the value essence of law, discusses the value of legal content and legal phenomena from both subjective and objective aspects, examines the relationship between law and value. From this we get some conclusions on how to use the theory of value, the value signs of the law and what value standards the law supports to ensure the stable development of society.
