Axiological approach in law: contradictions and obstacles

Based on value theory, the article studies the status and importance of value methodology, studies the nature, goal and significance of legal value, and studies the relationship and obstacles between law and value. From this, we can conclude that using the method of axiology is basically doing value measurement. Therefore, first of all, we should sort out value measurement and its related concepts, and then analyze the active role of value measurement and consider the use boundary of value measurement to clarify the basic application ideas of the method of axiology, and then the practice of the axiological method in the legislation and the judiciary is analyzed in detail, and finally the development path of the axiological method is comprehensively considered.
