Axiological potential of personality as pedagogical phenomenon

The article presents integral characteristics of teacher’s axiological potential; the analysis of related publications is carried out. The author considers characteristics of axiological potential which is understood as multilevel integrative dynamic psychological new formation, characterized by the presence of the value orientations hierarchy, determining the nature of its professional activities, willingness and readiness to transmit cultural values in educational institution activities, to ensure the process of inculcating values among pupils. The article highlights questions of the axiological potential development of teachers possessing subjective value system. The main aspects of the educational process axiologization, its projections in the teacher professional activities during the implementation of Federal State Educational Standards of the General Education are considered. It is defined that research of the general pedagogical regularities, specific trends and contradictions of the teacher axiological potential development provides the key to the analysis and reconstruction of educational institution educational process on the basis of the axiological approach.
