Activity of alanine and aspartate aminotransferase, α-amilase, alkaline and acid phosphatase in tissues of colon among multiple-aged purebred and hybrid piglets

The character of age changes of activity of alanine and aspartate aminotransferase, a-amilase, alkaline and acid phosphatase in tissues of colon among multiple-aged pure bred and hybrid piglets was investigated. It was stated that significant difference of investigating enzymes activity in tissues of external and internal colons between pure bred and hybrid piglets is determined during the first month of their life, and in more late dates of their development these changes are less expressed.
