The enzymes activity in the tissues of rabbits stomach and intestine was estimated in different periods of postnatal ontogenesis. It was shown that the deficiency of axoplasm and their components in vagus nerve fibres causes compensatory reduction of activities of aldolase, aspartat- and alanine aminotransferase in the tissues of stomach and intestine which is revealed during 30-45 days of animals age. It was concluded, that the activity of these enzymes and also postnatal development of digestive organs are associated with the entry of axoplasm on vagus nerve fibres.
