Activity of enzymes in sprouting seeds of the soft winter wheat after processing by electro activated solutions

The results of the laboratory investigation on dependence revealing of enzymes at the germination of the soft winter wheat seeds by means of the electro activated solution pre-seeding processing are described. The periods of the amylase and catalase maximum activity in the sprouting seeds are revealed.
