The authors studied the influence of growing conditions of horseradish plants on peroxidase content in different organs. It was shown, that peroxidase content in horseradish roots is reduced at the period from July to October. It was established, that peroxidase content in radish storage roots is the same, practically, one-year plants of horseradish have in roots.
