Active forms and methods used in the process of teaching physical training

The article examines the process of active learning used in teaching physical training in the universities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. It forms in cadets and listeners mental activity, creative independence, readiness for self-education, an increased level of cognitive interest among students in the content of classes.
