Updating diagnostics of the level of scientific and technological convergence of petrochemical enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan

The increase in complexity in all areas of activity, associated with high turbulence, contributed to the complication of control objects in scientific paradigms, and the concept of managing integration processes in conditions of convergence began to dominate in scientific research. The aim of the study is to diagnose the level of scientific and technological convergence of economic entities. The author’s methodology for assessing the level of convergence of enterprises is proposed in the paper, based on the results of which the organizational model of transplantation of scientific and technological convergence in the petrochemical industry is developed. The advantage of the methodology from the available ones is that it allows to form a set of organizational solutions for different levels of convergence of enterprises, taking into account their pace and scale of technological development, as part of modern concepts and management strategies. The results obtained can be used in the activities of enterprises and government agencies responsible for the strategic development of industrial sectors.
