Actualisation of the quality of reproduction assesment problem

Reproductivistics is a complex interdisciplinary science of manpower reproduction. Alternative strategies in the sphere of human reproduction are considered in the article, analysis of gender and age structure of the population in the historical aspect is carried out, most fatal demographical consequences are emphasized and the idea of modernization of the Demographic Policy Conception of the Russian Federation till the year 2025 is offered.
