Actualization of the problem of development of pedagogical ethics in the professional training of future social sector specialists

The article examines the problem of developing pedagogical ethics in the structure of professional training of social sector specialists. The author considers the essence of professional pedagogy, as a science about the process of training a specialist in a university environment. The moral culture in the personality of the teacher, determined by the degree of development and self-development of his moral qualities, is analyzed. The paper reveals the role of pedagogical ethics in the formation of the moral personality of a teacher within the framework of an integral pedagogical process. The importance of pedagogical ethics in the training of specialists in the social sphere as moral individuals responsible to society is substantiated.
