Foregrounding of regional identity through the chronotopes of the literary travelogue about Komsomolsk-on-Amur on the example of travel blogs

The problem of identity is currently more relevant than ever, because along with the processes of globalization, which have been active over the past decades, there have been opposite tendencies. The essence of those tendencies is the recognition of the right to existence of national or regional interests of the subjects. This study examines the chronotopic structures of a literary travel blog about Komsomolsk-on-Amur using travel blogs as an example. Insufficient development of issues of regional identity foregrounding in the travelogue determines the relevance of this study. The study of the texts made it possible to determine several varieties of the chronotope, presented in the travelogues, such as the historical-existential chronotope, the chronotope of the Soviet era, the chronotope of the post-Soviet era and the chronotope of fluid modernity. Each of the chronotopes actualizes the regional identity of a given territory.
