During the analysis of the labor market during the sanctions period from February to May 2022, a drop in demand and an increase in the supply of labor were revealed. This situation is explained by the desire of employers to reduce the cost of hiring and the fear of uncertainty of employees who are eyeing new jobs. Under these conditions, Russian companies are encouraged to work on an external talent pool, retain existing staff, develop internal search sources, improve digitized recruitment and adhere to the principles of multi-channel.
