Vocational teachers' social competencies actualization

The article discusses the usage of socialization formation and assessment methods for a) fixation of teachers’ social competencies demanded by the students and b) purposeful interference into their formation. In addition to it the authors analyse the usage possibilities of the comparative analysis results of the teachers and students’ expertise for building their effective social and educational relations.
