Is the problem of human and sociocultural evolution topical today?

The problem of anthroposociogenesis traditionally retains relevant for science - primarily for anthropology, history and philosophy, since it concerns the first fact of history - the origin and formation of human being. The first conceptual design and the general solution of this problem acquired in the XIXth century in the works of Charles Darwin and Friedrich Engels. Essential elaboration of the anthroposociogenesis concept was received in the domestic literature of the second half of the XXth century. The most notable and promising in terms of deepening are the studies of Boris Fedorovich Porshnev and Yury Ivanovich Semenov. They succeeded in using the material of social biology in solving the problem of anthroposociogenesis.
