Actual assessment of the investment climate of the Russian Federation based on the BERI index

This article assesses the investment climate of the Russian Federation based on the BERI index. A methodology for calculating the country risk index is proposed, which can significantly reduce the influence of subjective factors on the formation of the final assessment. The analysis performed of the reasons for the lag in the Russian Federation on the indicators that received the lowest rating. The article is based on the statistical information of the Doing Business portal and other portals and publications.
