The data obtained by means of modern monitoring of hemodynamics and BIS monitor are indicators of quality and safety of anesthesia. Monitoring of hemodynamics and BIS possesses important predictive value and improves a clinical outcome. Application of trigger factors of noninvasive hemodynamic system helped to reveal and divide pathological and compensatory and adaptive reactions of organism which are decisive in a choice of infusional mediums, inotropic/angiotonic support. The indicators received by means of modern monitoring of hemodynamics help a choice of accurate algorithm of medical actions and serve as a valuable reference point during anesthesia.
