The relevance of individualization of education content in professional training of software technician at college

The Law on Education of the Russian Federation highlights the necessity to strengthen the individualization of the education process. It says that the main task of a teacher is to recognize and develop individual features and abilities of each student. The education content includes an aimed to meet the professional development of a person, his/her educational needs and interests. The relevance of the study is to show that there is a change of traditional paradigm from mass character of education to individualization of educational content. The article presents the concept and steps of the study.
