In this article, the authors attempted to reveal the relevance of the use of Internet testing and its features to assess the formation of competencies in the discipline "Economics" among cadets studying in the specialties - 40.05.01 "Legal support of national security", 40.05.02 "Law enforcement". Internet testing allows you to quickly and fairly effectively assess the level of the formation of the necessary competencies and, if necessary, make appropriate adjustments to the study material in the training sessions of all forms of training.
