Serious attention is paid to the purity of containers in the production of canned food, on which the quality, competitiveness and durability of the finished packaged product largely depend. Most of these authors' research focused only on methods for cleaning glass jars. The specificity of canning production requires multi-stage cleaning throughout the entire production process, therefore, successful cleaning operations are currently possible only under the condition of a differentiated approach to the cleaning object, taking into account the type of surface contamination, their configuration and material properties, as well as cleanliness requirements.
