Actual aspects of the competent approach in personnel management

The article is devoted to topical issues of using the competence approach in personnel management. Competent approach determine expected standards of behavior and of quality performance. The article analyzes the "competence" and "model of competences". The types of competencies and their content have been defined. The stages of developing a competency model that reveal the essence and content of professional, managerial, and personal and business qualities of employees are considered. Components of the concept of competence-based approach in organization human resource management are defined.
