The article presents an in-depth analysis of digital rights as an object of civil regulation in the Russian Federation. It examines the concept and legal nature of digital rights, their classification, judicial practice, and international regulatory experience. The author analyzes legislative gaps and suggests directions for further development of digital rights regulation. Comparison with foreign approaches (EU, USA, China) highlights the strengths and weaknesses of the Russian model.
