Relevance of unified terminological system develop-ment in hospitality industry occupational safety

The purpose of this study is to develop a unified terminology framework for occupational safety, taking into account the industry-specific characteristics of the hospitality industry. A number of objectives were identified during the research: analyzing the current situation, considering international and domestic approaches to addressing the problem, and developing practical proposals for implementing unified terminology and classifiers that would enhance the safety and security of hospitality workers. Occupational safety is a vital element of any organization, regardless of its type of activity or form of ownership. A particular problem, including during inspections by regulatory agencies, is the lack of a clear, unified approach to occupational safety terminology. The current situation is giving rise to a complex set of interrelated problems at enterprises, including the emergence of conflict situations, a decline in the effectiveness of occupational health and safety management systems, insufficient prevention of occupational diseases and injuries, and more. The study utilized a methodology based on a synthesis of theoretical methods for analyzing occupational health and safety concepts within the Russian Federation's regulatory framework and scientific approaches to the development of a unified terminology system. Based on the theoretical research conducted, an algorithm for developing a unified terminology base in the field of occupational safety and health is proposed. This algorithm is based on a systematic and comprehensive approach, which will unify the system and achieve a unified approach. The conducted work led to the conclusion that a comprehensive approach to the development of a unified terminology base is necessary, including the development of a regulatory framework, the development of information resources, professional development, and the involvement of all stakeholders.
