The relevance of the allocation of the category of youth with disabilities at the legislative level

Today, in our country, to save about 12 million people with invalidity. The result of their physical conditions and limitations of this category of the population is therefore particularly vulnerable and need extra protection and care, but this fact should not hinder the ability of normal functioning, development and self-realization of people. This situation justifies the increased interest in this issue. In this article, the framework of state social policy concerning disabled persons. Highlighting the integration of disabled people into society as one of the main directions of social policy of R. F., the author of the article creates the new category of the population - young invalid. Labeling the main features of this group, under the prod of the study suggests a new approach to the implementation of social policy concerning disabled persons and the creation of a new paradigm of thinking and changing attitudes towards disability in General. The main problematic of this study is actualizing introduce category of young disabled people at the law within the state young policy regime.
