Based on the need to form a concept of the state natural resource policy, the author analyzes the documents reflecting the legal policy of the use of certain natural resources (forest, water, and so on). Notes aborted land-use policy and proves that the concept of legal policy of the use of natural resources is a complex document containing the direction of improving the mechanism of environmental management.
