Current aspects of functioning of public and municipal procurement's system in Russian Federation

The article describes the functioning public and municipal procurement’s system in Russian Federation. The components of the system are described from the side of their effectiveness. These include the web resource Unified Information System. Efficiency is disclosed through the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the resource. The effectiveness of the fight against corruption is another important aspect described in the article that directly affects the level of social tension in the country. The noted trend of increasing the number of corruption violations led to the conclusion about the necessity to take measures to counter criminal and other illegal violations in the sphere of public and municipal procurement.
