This paper concentrates on actual aspects of completion of stipendiary medical treatment obligations by healthcare provider through the prism of promptitude and healthcare services quality. Attention is focused on patient compliance value in process of medical intervention through the contractual obligations and discharge of stipendiary medical treatment contractual obligations duty by patient.
