Actual aspects of the organization of the activities of the bodies of the internal affairs of the Russian Federation and their place in the law enforcement system

This article is devoted to a comprehensive study of the processes of formation and functioning of the system of internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation. The article defines and analyzes the legal status of internal affairs bodies in the system of law enforcement bodies of the Russian Federation, as well as proposes aimed at improving the legal regulation of the activities of internal affairs bodies, ensuring and increasing its effectiveness.
