Actual aspects of criminal liability for illegal trafficking unmarked goods and products

The article is devoted to a legal analysis of the individual elements of a crime under Art. 1711 of the Criminal Code, the necessity of which have predetermined substantial modernization of criminal law mechanism of counteraction to illegal circulation of unmarked goods and products. On the basis of a brief retrospective criminal laws of modern trends in crime, a legal analysis of the new objects offense, studying aspects of competition, criminal law provides guidance on improving the criminal law and practice.
