Actual research programs in the theory of organizational behavior

The article describes the current stage in the study of organizational behavior. Based on a systematic review of several scientific publications, the basic ideas of Russian and foreign researchers in the field of organizational behavior are summarized. The importance of distinguishing between areas and predictors of microorganizational, mesoorganizational and macroorganizational behavior is emphasized. It is proposed to more actively use categories of “organizational citizenship behavior”, “transformational leadership” in scientific research, provided that the possibility of reduction with respect to the categories of “satisfaction”, “loyalty” and “engagement” of employee is excluded. The conclusion is drawn on the need to expand the tools for research on organizational behavior in domestic practice through semantic analysis and interpretation of neurobiological research in relation to organizational behavior.
