Current models and technologies of interaction between authorities, government and population in the internet environment

In the article the problem of interaction between authorities or government and society is considered in conditions of increasing role of Internet communication in social life. A rapid progress of Internet and informational technologies causes significant social changes in our society. As a result a communication gap between authorities and society creates dangerous prerequisites for the rejection of population from the power. The author argues that the main reasons for lack of adequate presence of authorities in Internet and old-fashioned methods of interaction with population mainly based on simple informing and not considering increasing processes of self-regulation. At the same time, numerous researches who study the influence of Internet-technologies on social transformations do not answer the question how should authorities and government react on current changes.
