Actual directions in progress of reference apps for doctors

Reference-informations systems and applications is the cutting edge of mobile healthcare (mHealth) all over the world. They provide many advantages, the most important of which is simplified access to health care delivery tools, supporting clinical decision thus improving treatment results. The aim of this work was to provide a review of existing mHealth solutions in Russia and abroad. To achieve this authors analyzed WHO documents, relevant Russian and foreign publications, resulting in an all round description of the main areas of mHealth and operation principles of clinical decision support systems.
