Topical pedagogical issues in the disabled employment

The article author is analyzed L. Vygotskiy's ideas about training the disabled in the system of inclusive education and the possibilities of their applying in pedagogical work of practice. For this a cultural-historical approach is using to the analysis of the psyche, which plays a significant role in the construction of individual education trajectories for the disabled and people with disabilities in health. The paper examines theoretical bases of professional guidance and the disabled employment and people with disabilities in health that allows generating ideas about a profession in the category of persons. The research sample consisted of 187 people in managerial positions in federal and regional authorities. The research has included the following regions: Moscow and Moscow region, Kostroma, Syktyvkar, Ufa, Belgorod. There are discussed representations of heads about the necessary conditions of the disabled labour, as well as conceptions of em- ployers about professionally important qualities of the disabled employees, showing the features of forming the image of the disabled, communicative, individual and professionally psychological barriers arising from the employer when making decisions about hiring individuals with disabilities. Also, the work presents the statistical indicators classification of the psychological barriers representation for men and women, the classification of answers of respondents by regions, the classification of answers by age groups. The contributor is determined the directions of correction of the representations of organizations' heads about the conditions for professional self-realization of the disabled and people with disabilities in health in employment opportunity. The results of the research can be used in the process of solving the topical issues of occupation, as well as with the aim of optimizing the psychological climate in the team at the place of work of the disabled and people with disabilities in health.
