This article discusses the overall situation in the bank lending market in the Russian Federation, the factors changing the conditions of bank lending, analysis of bank lending to small and medium-sized businesses in the Sakha Republic (Yakutia), as well as the main problems and prospects of development of bank lending to small and medium entrepreneurship.
