Current problems of budget policy

The author touches upon the problems of budgetary policy implemented at the present stage of economic development. First of all, according to the author, this is the lack of a clear delineation of expenditure budgetary powers according to the levels of the budgetary system of the Russian Federation. Like many other researchers, the author emphasized that the budgetary system is still at the stage of reform, which cannot but influence in the most negative way all the processes taking place not only in the budgetary system, but also in the entire economic system of the region.
