Actual problems of enforcement proceedings, ways to solve them

Timely and proper execution of adopted court decisions, acts of other bodies contribute to the restoration of violated rights of citizens and organizations, confidence in the efficiency of the judicial system, stabilization of the legal and economic situation of State. The article identifies some problems with the execution of such decisions by the bailiff service, suggests ways to solve them and improve the efficiency of the bailiff service.
