Current issues of enforcement proceedings in the Russian Federation

The article is devoted to the protection of rights and legitimate interests through enforcement proceedings with the participation of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia, which is the subject of the enforcement of court decisions. Its activities are currently being objectively criticized for numerous shortcomings, which predetermines the need to reform this institution.
