Topical issues of using the institution of a pre-trial cooperation agreement in criminal cases in the sphere of illicit drug trafficking

The article is devoted to the peculiarities of the use of a pre-trial co-operation agreement in criminal cases in the sphere of illicit trafficking in narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances. The author touches upon the issues of conclusion of a pre-trial cooperation agreement for the purpose of solution of crimes where the defendant did not take part, the termination of a pre-trial agreement, and securing the defendant's statements by other evidence.
