Current problems of environmental expertise

This article discusses what an environmental assessment is, and what important issues it can solve. The very formation of forensic environmental expertise, which is inextricably linked with the problems that arise in the process of its development. The article highlights the problems that are associated with the production of forensic environmental expertise as a procedural activity. An example is given of how to improve environmental expert activity to improve its performance.
