Topical issues of constitutional development in the sphere of delimitation of authority matters between the federation and its constituent entities

The given article is dedicated to the issues of delimitation of authority matters between the Russian Federation and the constituent entities of the RF, as well as to the issues of essential development of constitutional charters of the Regions within their competence set by the Constitutions of the federative states on the example of the Republic of Bashkortostan of the RF and the Free State of Saxony of the FRG.
