Current problems of criminalistics in the investigation of forgery

The article discusses some of the problems that arise in the process of investigating counterfeiting, and also suggests solutions to these problems. In addition, certain nuances of this criminal act are revealed, to which little attention has been paid. The problems considered in the article relate to contradictions in the scientific literature, contradictions in the law regarding the timing of examinations, as well as the actions of law enforcement agencies in the process of investigating this type of crime.
