Insufficient integration of intellectual and research resources is a topical problem when ensuring the necessary quality of processes regulating the transition of industrial enterprises to post-industrial economy. Therefore, new methods are needed to evaluate them in terms of knowledge-intensive and developmental effectiveness. The purpose of the study is the development of new methods and processes to regulate the integration of diversified resources of educational and scientific objects for high-tech knowledge-intensive development of an enterprise in the complex of objects of post-industrial knowledge economy. In order to achieve the goal, the following objectives described in the article have been completed: typical subgroups of concepts of complex enterprise development processes are identified; the concept of choosing the rational types of processes to manage the knowledge-intensive development of the complex and providing a positive synergy of their implementation are substantiated.
