Actual problems of official publication of normative legal acts

Today's stage of Russia's development, associated with the transformation of different spheres of the society, characterized by a high activation of lawmaking. Currently accepted thousands of regulatory legal acts, whose number is steadily growing formed and produced a new legal device designed to ensure future democratization of society, protection of the rights and freedoms of the individual, the formation of new economic structures. In this regard, particularly relevant is the problem of bringing to the attention of the citizens of the entity of the normative legal acts.
