Topical problems of organization of information exchange between customs authorities of the customs union and the ways of their solution

Actual problems of the legal basis formation, regulated a process of the organization of informational change between Customs bodies of governments - members of Customs Alliance are considered in this given article. A special attention was paid to questions on the organization of informational change in the purpose of an ensurance of an effective control of Customs price of goods, transferred through Customs alliance, taking decisions on a classification of goods according to the unique goods nomenclature of foreign economic active by of Customs alliance.
