This article focuses on the need for a comprehensive approach to training employees who are authorized to carry and use service weapons, including not only knowledge of the law, but also the development of psychological resilience and tactical thinking. The author argues that the existing training system requires an additional module that emphasizes psychological aspects of training, quick assessment of situations, and decision-making under stress.
