Revision of the cases on administrative offenses in supervisory order

The Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Offenses provides for the procedure for filing and reviewing a supervisory complaint against a decision that has entered into legal force in the case of an administrative offense (articles 30.12–30.19 of the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Offenses). However, at present there is an objective need to clarify and specify this procedure. In the article features and problem aspects of submission and consideration of the supervisory complaint in courts of subjects on decisions on affairs about administrative offenses in view of developing law enforcement practice are considered.
