In the article, the authors analyzed scientific studies that are devoted to the problems of competition and competitiveness of enterprises in the market. A list of external factors influencing the competitive advantages of the enterprise has been developed. This necessitates the development and identification of three main strategic approaches to the conduct of competition, focused on the formation of innovative potential in the development of a program to increase the competitiveness of enterprises in the market.
