Actual problems of legal support of the presidential institute in the Russian Federation

Despite the long history of the existence of the presidency, not one institution of state power is the reason for such acute political debates and scientific discussions. This is due to the fact that the institution of the presidency is the most important institution in the whole system of public authorities. The Institute of Presidency has become the main integrating and consolidating factor in the country. Taking into account the role occupied by this institution in the life of the country, it can be argued that the fate of the entire Russian state depends on its development. This, in our opinion, determines the relevance of the research presented.
