Current problems of application of the Code of Administrative Procedure of the Russian Federation by courts of general jurisdiction and ways to solve them

Issues related to the application of the Code of Administrative Court Procedure of the Russian Federation are relevant and topical at present, since the above code is a fairly young normative legal act, the practice of its application by courts is only being developed, therefore there is a need to identify the main problem areas in its application and develop methods of their elimination. The article examines the problems relating to the application of certain provisions of the Code of Administrative Court Procedure of the Russian Federation in the activities of courts of general jurisdiction, discusses the reasons for their occurrence and proposes ways to resolve them. The purpose of this study is to identify the main problems arising in the process of application of certain provisions of the Code of Administrative Procedure of the Russian Federation, the so-called "white spots", and to propose rational ways to solve them. The result of the study is the formulation of the main vectors to improve the efficiency of application of the Code of Administrative Court Procedure of the Russian Federation by the courts of general jurisdiction of the Russian Federation.
